1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okaokcc ("okaokcc," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the okaokcc website located at okaokcc.net and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on okaokcc, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the okaokcc Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access the Platform.

okaokcc reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the okaokcc Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. okaokcc strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. okaokcc reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of okaokcc complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a court order restricting their ability to enter contracts are not eligible to use okaokcc.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by okaokcc or by any regulatory authority. If you have previously self-excluded from okaokcc or any affiliated platform, you are not eligible to register a new account.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of okaokcc and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games on okaokcc, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) okaokcc account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. okaokcc employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okaokcc reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein without prior notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okaokcc Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. okaokcc will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. You must notify okaokcc immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

okaokcc may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID). Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okaokcc accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted for deposits.

okaokcc does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Deposits are generally credited to your okaokcc Wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. okaokcc does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified okaokcc account details. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. okaokcc aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) business day, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. okaokcc reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. okaokcc reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month to inactive accounts with a remaining balance, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email or mobile number. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period without further notice.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

okaokcc offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• okaokcc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotional mechanics, or placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Availability

okaokcc offers a range of games including live casino tables, video slots, bingo, and fishing games. Game availability may vary and okaokcc reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the Platform at any time without prior notice. Technical malfunctions during gameplay — including disconnections, server errors, or software faults — may result in the voiding of the affected game round. In such cases, any wager placed during the affected round will be returned to the player's okaokcc Wallet.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games on okaokcc use certified random number generation technology that has been independently audited for fairness and unpredictability. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Live dealer games use physical equipment — real cards, real roulette wheels — streamed in real time from certified studio environments.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each game on okaokcc has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable bet limits before placing wagers. okaokcc reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okaokcc Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are void.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your okaokcc account by any third party, including family members.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward okaokcc staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the okaokcc Platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

okaokcc is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

8.1 Age Restriction

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the okaokcc Platform — including but not limited to the okaokcc brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of okaokcc or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the okaokcc Platform without prior written consent from okaokcc.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okaokcc, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond okaokcc's reasonable control.
• Any decision made by okaokcc in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or closure.

okaokcc's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okaokcc Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The okaokcc Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okaokcc makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

okaokcc collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okaokcc implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and okaokcc cannot guarantee absolute security.

okaokcc may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies in compliance with applicable Philippine law, including anti-money laundering regulations under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended.

12 Amendments to These Terms

okaokcc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okaokcc will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect — except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the okaokcc Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting okaokcc support.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and okaokcc, you agree to first contact okaokcc support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes, okaokcc's decision — based on its server logs and game records — shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process under PAGCOR oversight.
